This information is not shared or sold to anyone and is only used by us so that we can get better at doing what we do.

Non-Disclosure Agreement

We're serious about protecting your work as yours.  BlackboxHTML guarantees that it will not disclose, share or use any information that you share with us.  We also respect that you've got a business to run.  Your clients will never be contacted or solicited by BlackboxHTML.  We promise to safeguard your copyrights and contact information.

Billing & Turnaround

• After your order is reviewed, we will send you an invoice for 50% of the total project fee.
• The delivery time (1-5 days) starts once we've received payment for the up front fee.
• With your approval of the finished work, we will send you an invoice for the remaining project fee.
• Once we've received the final payment, we'll send you the goods.
• On receiving the final work, if you are unsatisfied with the results please contact us and give us the chance to make it right.  If for some reason you are still unhappy, BlackboxHTML will, at it's sole discretion, refund the final payment less any transaction fees.
