What do you do?
We take web page designs and turn them into W3C compliant web pages.
How do I send you files?
The easiest way is to fill out our order form and upload the files there. Alternatively, you can upload the files to a web site and pass the link to us in the order form.
What format should my files be in?
A layered image file (such as an Adobe Photoshop PSD file) works best. But any layered image file is acceptable.
What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards including: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Can I see examples of your work?
We're currently working on our portfolio. We expect to have it ready in a few weeks.
Can you do any advanced scripting (JavaScript, PHP, AJAX)?
We are not currently offering any extra scripting, just the markup.
How do you define a single page?
A single page is any page with a unique layout or unique content.
Is your markup standards compliant?
100%.
What browsers will your markup work in?
The short answer is: the browser's that support the standards correctly. The long answer is: Firefox, Internet Explorer versions 6 & 7, Opera, and Safari.
What if I have a change I need to add to my design?
You can send changes to your design work at any time during the process. Just bear in mind that changes will delay delivery and you will be charged a nominal additional fee.
How can I send you multiple files at once?
Pack your files into a compressed archive like a ZIP or RAR file (or tar.gz if you're hardcore).
How do I include drop-down menus or hover effects?
Be sure to create the artwork for each state of the navigation you want implemented in separate layers.
Will you share or use any of my design materials?
No. When you place an order, we agree to the posted NDA.
Will my pages be made public?
Only if you tell us we can highlight your project in our portfolio.
Will you keep a copy of my pages?
Yes, for backup purposes. Should you lose your backups, you can request a new copy any time.
Who will have rights over the code you send me?
You will have exclusive rights to everything we deliver to you.
